This vest is great for motorcycle rides on cold winter days.  Ive had heated grips and gloves but nothing keeps you as comfortable as a heated vest.  This vest puts out a lot of heat and I have never even come close to running the battery down.  Check the battery capacity before you buy a vest, this one has the highest rating Ive seen which is why I bought the Power Hunt model.
